By submitting content, you grant Credeel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Credeel, including but not limited to:

  • Software

  • Source code

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • User interfaces

  • Documentation

  • Features

  • Trademarks

remains the exclusive property of Credeel or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Credeel.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Services may require payment.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that:

  • Pricing is displayed before purchase.

  • You authorize the applicable payment provider to process payments.

  • Subscription fees, where applicable, may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Credeel for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
